KONG’S began its story as a pop-up in Stackt Market led by Chef Raul D’Souza.
Since then, pop-ups have been central to the brand’s DNA.
Driven by a collaborative spirit and a mission to make the most badass taco. Our food truck went on a tour at local festivals, winning Best Taco with the “Bulgogi King Ribeye” at Taste Toronto’s TacoFest 2023 and People’s Choice Awards 2024 with the “Loaded 1933 Poutine” at Poutine Fest 2024.
